Accessibility

Last updated: June 2026

Whitestone Capital is committed to making its website, investor portal and mobile experiences usable by everyone, including persons with disabilities. We are working to conform our digital platforms to recognised accessibility standards and to the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

1. Our commitment

We believe access to financial information and services is for everyone. We aim to provide an inclusive experience for users of assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnifiers and voice control, in line with Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules, 2017 and the directions issued by SEBI.

2. Standards we follow

We are aligning our digital platforms with the following standards as the baseline:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • IS 17802:2022
  • GIGW

These requirements arise under Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules, 2017 and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 dated 31 July 2025 on digital accessibility for regulated entities.

3. Accessibility features on this platform

Steps already taken across our public site and investor portal include:

  • A “skip to main content” link and consistent page landmarks for screen-reader and keyboard users
  • Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator on interactive elements
  • Semantic headings and labelled form fields
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls
  • Support for the system “reduce motion” preference
  • Responsive layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged or the screen is zoomed

4. Ongoing work and known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are conducting a structured review of our platforms, including an independent audit and usability testing involving persons with disabilities, and will remediate issues we identify. Some content sourced from third parties, certain documents, and newer features may not yet fully meet every criterion. We are actively working to close these gaps and welcome your feedback.

5. Nodal Officer for accessibility

We have designated a Nodal Officer to oversee digital-accessibility compliance and respond to concerns:

6. Report an accessibility barrier

If you face any difficulty accessing any part of our platforms, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and to provide the requested information or a resolution.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed periodically and updated following our accessibility audits. We last updated it in June 2026.
