Refund & Cancellation Policy

Whitestone Capital offers time-bound research and model portfolio subscription plans. All subscription fees are collected in advance for the duration chosen (6 months or 12 months).

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal charges but does not entitle the subscriber to a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

To cancel, subscribers must:

• Log into the portal and cancel under Account Settings, or
• Email invest@white-stone.co.in with the subject "Subscription Cancellation"

Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: Full refund within 5 working days
• Technical failure: If payment was charged but access was not granted, full refund within 7 working days
• Cancellation within 48 hours of initial subscription: Full refund, provided the subscriber has not downloaded any reports or accessed any rebalancing alerts

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• If research reports have been downloaded
• If rebalancing alerts have been received
• Requests made after 48 hours of subscription start
• Dissatisfaction with investment outcomes based on recommendations

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing time.

To request a refund, email: invest@white-stone.co.in with:

• Subject: "Refund Request"
• Name, email, and registered phone number
• Razorpay payment ID / Order ID
• Reason for refund

In case of unresolved disputes, subscribers may approach SEBI SCORES at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or use the SmartODR portal at https://smartodr.in.
